Duct manufacture auto coil line I for the Manufacture of Air-condition Rectangular Ducts
The Rectangular Duct Forming Machine consists of three parts, De-coiler, leveler-grooving roller (flatting and beading sheet) and cutter. So the auto duct coil line can be used as Compact Cut-To-Length Line. The duct Production Auto Line operating system is computer controlled. The maximum working speed of the manufacture line is 18m/min. The length tolerance is ±0.5mm, diagonal line tolerance is ± 0.8mm, feeding frame can be set as per customer's requirement. It is highly-efficient. Duct manufacturing equipment is special suitable for a medium sized duct factory. Rectangular duct manufacture auto coil line is special for manufacture making HVAC square air ductwork from GI metal sheet coil.

This Compact duct coil lines can be either a stand alone system or the start of a complete automatic fabricating system. The auto-line can be combined with Pittsburgh making machine, plasma cutter, flange forming machine, folding machine, etc, for production air ducts. It is suitable for the starter of duct manufacturers.
